Ordering Process Frequently Asked Questions

When can I order?
You may
place an order online at any time. When you place your order, you are required to select a delivery date.
The delivery date needs to be at least 4 days after the date of your order. **Note:
when counting the number of days, be sure to exclude the order date. For example, an order placed on Thursday at 2 pm,
will be ready on Monday.
Orders sent after 6 pm are considered "next day" orders. For example,
an order placed on Thursday at 10 pm will be ready on Tuesday.
What if I want the foods in 2 days? Do you accommodate rush orders? If you need items in a time period shorter than 4 days, contact us to find out whether the foods can be ready in
that time frame. Please remember that our living foods are made fresh and can require several days of preparation,
including time for soaking, sprouting and dehydrating. The minimum amount for rush orders is
$50, and a $20 rush surcharge will be added to your total.
How will I know NzingaLive!
received my order? When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email on the same day (for orders
received before 4 pm) or the next day (for orders received after 4 pm). The email will confirm that your food will be ready as requested.
How will I know if NzingaLive! cannot prepare my order by the requested date? Typically, when
you provide us with 4 or more days to prepare your foods, we are able to have your food ready as requested.
In the event we are unable to prepare the foods within that time-frame, we will contact you to find out whether another
proposed date will work for you. We do not begin preparing any of the food until the order is confirmed.
How
do I pay for my foods? We require online prepayment for all delivery orders.
If I place a large Family-Style order for an event, do you offer delivery
to the venue? Yes. We offer "drop off" catering services. The fee for delivery in this
case will depend on size of the order and the location of the event. All catering orders require a deposit at the time
the order is placed and confirmed, and payment in full prior to delivery.
