People often ask whether they have to eat 100% living foods to obtain the benefits?*

Simply stated, our answer is NO.  NzingaLive! believes there are 4 primary keys to sustained success with living foods.

First, be loving, patient, understanding, gentle and forgiving towards yourself.  We did not reach our current state of illness, obesity, stress, and dis-ease overnight; therefore, we will not be able to correct it in an instant.  Forgive yourself fully for choices you’ve made that may have contributed to where you are today so you can start anew.  Celebrate the gift of your life in ways that strengthen your mind, body and spirit.

Second, commit smart by being honest with yourself.  If you currently eat 90% fast food and 10% healthy food -- all of which is cooked, you may want to start by making a commitment to eat living foods for dinner 2 nights a week for 1 month.  Once you meet that goal, then you can adjust your goal gradually to suit your level of commitment.  Being honest with yourself will help you avoid undue frustration.

Third, be open to finding living foods you love.  Unfortunately, the makers of junk foods have trained us to believe that what tastes good must contain high sodium, excessive sugar, preservatives, food coloring, and other highly toxic ingredients.  Not surprisingly, healthy foods have come to be viewed as mediocre at best, with good-tasting healthy foods as the rare exception.  Thus, to be successful on your path to a healthier life, it is important that you find living foods you really enjoy.  Order items that may not sound like something you would like.  Be open and flexible; it will pay off.

Fourth, be life.  View your food choices with an eye towards living a healthy life.  Things happen, and sometimes in spite of our best efforts, we will endure illness or bad fortune.  So the goal is to be the person in your life who chooses foods, activities and products that inspire life and living, not those that lead to illness, dis-ease, depression, high blood pressure, obesity and the list goes on.  Enjoy Life.  Live Life.  Be Life.  Eat LiFE.
