Living foods, also referred to as raw foods, are fruits,
vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, sprouts, super foods (such as sea vegetables), beverages and supplements that
have not been heated above 112 to 117 degrees Fahrenheit (it varies depending on who you ask). Above that temperature,
the enzymes in foods break down, eliminating the essential life-force necessary for our bodies to function optimally.
This is especially critical when we are trying to heal our bodies from stress, over-eating and poor eating, weight gain
or loss, surgery, radiation, high blood pressure, heart attacks, etc., as living foods assist our bodies further down
the path of healing.
